The counter person clicks on each item as it is prepared the status will change from "Ordered" to "Ready" and the customer status is automatically update to "Ready"
When the customer comes to pick the order up the counter person clicks on their items. The status changes to "Bill" to remind them to collect money. The customer hands back the card and it can be re-used. When clicked again the items are cleared from the Counter and Customer screens.
